Rock Bottom
Its been a while since I've written so here goes
Ever since my friend died suddenly of a massive heart attack 2 weeks ago I have been feeling so overwhelmed.
I spent last Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday night staying the night with my friends widow so that she wasn't alone. My friends widow is a very nervous type of person who is generally a negative person and has a lot of worry at the moment as her husband did everything for her and she was leaning on me heavily for support as her daughter has 2 small children to take care of. She is so sad and I can understand that but she has been ringing me at all hours of the day and night and its bought back the fact that I've lost someone too. I was doing so well after the breakup and now all I can think about is what we had and could have had. I went back to dancing to take my mind off it which helped...but Im still thinking about it now. I used to go bowling which is where I met him but feel that even in a different centre it will bring back memories but bowling is something that people my age do and rock and roll dancing that I do has mostly older people. I love both of these things and need to get my head back in a better place. I even thought of taking up swiming again. At this moment I feel so lost that I don't know how to stop feeling like this and I don't want to feel like this. I can't even talk to my friends widow as shes just so sad that it brings me down..God that makes me sound so awful. Is what Im feeling normal. Any advice appreciated.

I think that when stressed we don\'t act as we normally would, stress plays hell with our minds and bodies. Just do the best you can to help, that is all anyone could ask. Hope you get feeling better.
