Right side

So yesterday I noticed my left arm was swollen again in the afternoon and the knot was tender and hurt again but today I noticed I was all swollen on my right side. My whole shoulder and arm area were swollen. I had never noticed my right shoulder swelling but dont know if I had not noticed because my left side was super swollen before and had nothing to compare it to. My lower back was also killing me today it felt like they were ripping me in half from the inside out. So I took a pain killer hoping the pain goes away and the swelling too. I thought after the surgery everything was going to get better but now I'm doubting it. I hope it's just a step backwards and not another problem. I was feeling better last week. The neck brace even left some like indents from the swelling that I hope to capture on camera.
