Restless sleep

It has been just over 4 weeks since I wrote the letter and sent back his books he loaned me by registered post which it took him 1 1/2 weeks to pick up..still no contact or explanation as to why he suddenly went silent not that I expect to get closure but it would be nice to know why..If he called I wouldnt give him another chance as he blew his second and final one...I did tell him that when we got back together.

So last night I had a dream about us and woke up feeling awful...this is a process to work through and I want to be happy again..I'm also dreading work...
I even got told by my boss sort out your health as I have had tension headaches and migraines and the whole relationship thing hasn't helped..forced to take 3 weeks off or I wouldn't have a job. Migraines are gone and neck tension easing no headaches now..back to work Monday. My boss even dared to suggest that I was bringing my personal stuff to work..I dont talk about that in work hours and told him it was nobody's business and I deal with it outside my work.
Thank God for my Mum,My Dog and Exercise otherwise today might not have been bearable but I made it through.

Sleeping through the night is very hard to do with the range of emotions we go through after a split. I haven\'t slept through the night in a dozen weeks and would give almost anything to have some piece. But it is getting better.

Dear kenjb47
I have found meditation is working and I\'m not talking about the sitting at under a pyramid and chanting Ommm. It can be as simple as lying still and focusing on breathing slowly in and slowly out it calms the mind and relaxes the muscles and brain. And your right about the emotions..give meditation a go...Thankyou
