remember humility

Yesterday was a good day. I had the courage to keep at things in life - keep at active.

I opened my mind up to new possibilities rather than just stick to the routine.

At the end of the day, I talked to my Dad - and then went to sleep.

I didn't sleep very deeply - kept on having combative dreams - 

and then as I woke had invasive thoughts -

But took a shower and went to Starbucks...

My mind first thing this morning was not in a good place - and the open

mind to new experiences for myself (that I had began yesterday)

made me feel kind of poised to being

arrogant - but I am remembering the need to be humble.

And so I shall.

I rely so much on others to help me get through my life - I am grateful -

and need to keep humble to keep all that in my mind.
