Relationships are hard.

Relationships are hard.  My daughter Lisa and her husband Grant, who have one son Tyson who just turned 2 on June 9th, got married on May 18, 2012 in Hawaii.  I thought they were going to break up this past Friday.  They made up.  Its not good for Tyson to hear their parents fighting.  Its not good for him at all.  Lisa work 7 days per week to pay off the credit card debt.  Grant works long long hours and just rushes out the door.  When does Tyson even get to see mommy and daddy together yet when he does they are arguing.  Its not good for Tyson at all.  It reminds me of my ex-husband and me.  I was the same way and it was not good for Lisa either.  I told Lisa the other day I wished I had gotten a place for the two of us and that I rue leaving her with Gary.  Lisa said it was okay.  I guess I don't have to feel guilty on that score.  I thought it was better for Lisa to see that women don't have to put up with crap and there is a way out.  I thought that was the better example for her to see growing up.  I just needed to vent.
I am full of black sorrow of soul and spirit.  Is it because I miss Smokey and have not found a man like him?  Is it because I still don't have a job?  Dave gave me a perfect way out of our relationship which I can use any time.  Dave said I was the only one that accepted his alcoholism.  I said when that changes I will let him know.  He said okay.  I have a back out.  I think I am just using Dave for a time and a season.  He gets me out of the house, pays for lunches and gets my mind off from being alone.  I don't like being alone.  I would be a recluse if Dave hadn't entered my life.  I don't want to be a recluse.
I just needed to vent these issues out with my good friends on Daily Strength
from Diane B. and thanks for listening
