Relapsed

Well I had some major relapses over the weekend and want to get back on track.  I had to readmit that I AM an addict to masturbation and pornography and that it has impacted my life negatively and has actually come to make my life unmanageable.  So off the net I am working a 4th Step inventory right now and God is helping me with it.  On the web I would like to restart my celibacy with one day, today.  I also am wearing a gold bow bracelet around my right wrist so that anytime I am tempted on the internet to click on a picture and act on, I can look directly down at my wrist and see it and remember that it symbolizes that masturbating has done nothing to help me in my life besides provide a temporary fix that always ends with shame, anxiety, and worse mental health.  I also know that this bracelet symbolizes that if I find success in celibacy and finally get over this problem that God has something better for me that is so good I can't even imagine it.  Hopefully a real relationship with a Christian woman!  =)
