Random thoughts at the top of the new week:
* Helped my parents with shopping at Costco yesterday...they always need two carts when they go (long story). Couldn't help but notice that they were already pushing the holiday season in the middle of the store, which had me thinking, "What the fuck?!?!? It's nowhere near Halloween yet, even!"
* Managed to drag myself into the campus tutoring center after being "pushed" (loose interpretation) by a couple of friends here to do so. Took me 40 (!) minutes to do it because I was scared shitless that help wasn't forthcoming. Fortunately help was very forthcoming instead, and Wednesday is a safe day to go in early and get help with understanding concepts in my math course. It means a lot because my panic attacks about it were threatening to drag me down with the whole fucking ship.
* Saw one of my classes get interrupted for a brief blurb about some of the clubs on campus last Thursday. Nice idea...but knowing my schedule, just not practical, especially factoring in that over the next of couple of weeks I need to catch up on readings.
* To that end, apologies for not being here a hell of a lot recently. It doesn't help me either to be honest because while I'm on yellow at the moment, it's tenuous at best. But priorities have to come first.

So happy that you gave the tutoring center a chance! And even happier that it HELPED! That\'s so awesome, I can imagine that has to be a big weight off your mind...so now you know when\'s the best time to go and that you can rely on their help...sounds like an awesome day to me :)
I totally get what you mean about the holiday stuff...I\'m a holiday junkie, I love decorating and stuff, but I even get a little weird out by Christmas stuff in September. Ugh. I just make it a rule not even to look at it (get too tempted otherwise lol) until it seems a little more reasonable. But yeah, still, it\'s weird. I haven\'t even done the Halloween lights yet!
