Random Update

This is just a random bit of my life, nothing really big and important.
First, my job interveiw was all of three questions then a dismissal. So I don't know if I'm even gonna get a call. It's a job that a monkey could do, and I think I'm one small step up, so I'm hoping she considers me. I really, really need a job.
Then I called the doctor about my daughters supposed lack of iron and what not. He told me to feed her tofu, if she eats it, great, she will be fine. If she doesn't, call again and he would book her in. Well, I fried up some firm tofu(I used to not eat meat so I know my way around tofu) with some sweet thai sauce, then mixed it in with noodles and gave it to my daughter. She picked though the noodles and ate the tofu, then refused her noodles. So it looks like I'm going to have to find a simple way to prepare just plain tofu with nothing else, soy sauce and tofu is fantastic so maybe that.
And, off topic a bit, but I found the perfect Christmas gift for Joey.  It's on ebay, and I have never bought off line but people rave about it.  So I figured I would set up a Paypal account and give it a go.  It's a freaking week long process to set up a paypal account!!!  I just want to put it on  my credit card and call it a done deal, I'll probably not order online again, but it's sooooo many steps.  I'm getting fed up, but I'm on the last step, I just have to wait 3-5 days before I can make the purchase.  I don't even know if it will get here before Christmas now.
Plus, we had to do something terrible this month, and the guilt is eating me.  We had to clean out our daughters college fund to make the mortgage.  It was only 300 bucks, but it was hers.  I feel like a pathetic theif.  Stealing from my 15 month old daughter.  I try to tell myself that when we get back on our feet we can replace it.  Or, that we have 17 years to save up.  Or, we had to keep a roof over her head right?  But I still feel low for doing it.
On a positive side, its Christmas tree day.  It's sort of a let down day but fun all the same.  My SIL has a 3 year old and a 4 year old, and she doesn't do a tree.  So they come to my house and do ours with us.  So myself, and the three girls will do it.  My SIL takes pics usually.  But Joey thinks it's silly to make a family tradition out of tree decoration.  My MIL used to set it up and decorate it while the kids were at school.  In my home the whole family did it, and the dad topped the tree.  The only participation I can get outta Joey is the topper.  And that's only because the one year I left the tree without a topper for two weeks until he finally put it on.  To me, tradition is important, to Joey, it's something other families do.  But, it is fun to watch the little ones run around laughing, their faces lit up, and then the pride they show when the tree is done and beautiful.
