Random Acts of Kindness
Picture a dark inky skysprinked with tiny diamond like stars,
a big harvest moon and a calm quiet voice saying
“When we make Random Acts of Kindness"
are our 1stpriority THEN the
global community will become one.

N A ROAD CALLED JERICHO
“A story of estrangement,
deception, survival
and Eternal Love "
This is the true story of one woman’s journey through a dark and lonely place.
He promised to love & protect her but he did neither.
He lied to her about everything including the
engagement ring“he had made just for “her”.
This was only one of the “many family jokes” they laughed about
but never disclosed. This story is about my journey
through the wilderness of sin and just like the Israelites
I went around and around the same mountain
for almost forty years.

I will remember till the day I die how devastated Amanda was after ahe asked her dad for a new bike after hers little pink bike was stolen. He told her as they drove away that he couldn’t afford it. But, before he brought her home he allowed her to see the huge wad of cash he had in his pouch. She jumped out of the car as he flashed me a brillant smile. It was the 1st time I had ever seen deliberatly hurt Amanda.
I wondered if he would do this to Amanda who was his favorite what he had in store for Stephen and Lisa. I did not have to wait to many years to find out how truly vindictive and sinister he soul was.
The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of them all. ~ Chinese Proverb
There is a silent epidemic of adult children disowning their parents. Despite the facts that thier parents provided love and support, these parents are suddenly being told: It's over.
That was not the case with me.
In my case I have been unduly burdened with the guilt
of some incident that has been exaggerated by a 3rd party
and ideas that have been implanted into the heads of my children
at a very young age so that as they grew so did the resentment.
Being estranged from one is hard but from three
that is a journey of a lifetime, one I would never have survived
if it had not been for the person I called Aaron.
For I am the Lord your God who take hold of your
right hand and says to you, ‘Do not fear; I will help you.” Isaiah 41:13

The only true feeling Donny Cocburn ever had for me was pure unadulterated hatred because I beat him to the punch and filed for divorce 1st. He has never forgiven me for that but I don’t care anymore because now under the masogynist cloak I can still see that poor little boy begging not to be abandonned again, begging to be loved, and cherished. I have reached a point where I can say to him “I forgive you for everything Donny”.
