Rage Room
I don't know if you been to a rage room but you pay for time in a room with lots of stuff and you get to smash and destroy whatever you want. You can buy stuff to put in there like glass and dinner plates. Very good for getting your rage out of your system.
I have a room upstairs that the previous owners built up as a bar in the unventilated attic. I am demolishing that room. Getting some of my frustrations and rage against my PTSD events out in the open and working to excise them wood removal. I feel better and I slept better last night. It's not perfect but it gives me several days of rage removal as I pry off all the wood. The previous owners also over-engineered the room was with three and four nails when one would do. So it is have been a bit slow and I have made very good use of the crowbar.
So if you have a lot of pent up anger and maybe hurt over something you might want to try a rage room.

Sounds like a good idea. Gets all your anger out of your system.
Rage is interesting. I get my rage out dancing to industriel music.
Id love to go to one of these rooms, I remember smashing stuff up years ago when I was a shop manager and we changed display units, felt great after. I hope you are doing well!
Hmm, Thor, I never heard of a rage room before. Don't know why, because I'd really like that.
Muji - type rage room into google, and you will find one close to you. You get a baseball bat or sledge, they play your music, and you get to whack stuff as much as you want.
Mine is still ongoing in the demo of the room. 90% done. Just have the tough stuff left. I am ripping the wood apart to get it off the wall. I feel better about some of my PTSD after doing this. I think this rage room idea is good and helpful.
Thor, so happy to read that you found a positive way to release all that pent up anger.
Excellent way to renovate that space and put it to a much better use for you!
I worked outside in the yard, removing a lot of overgrown brush and changing the landscape, to help me reset my inner balance.
Here's to making your way through this challenge and having success!
