quiet times

I went to work this morning..and then came home. Stopped for gas before coming back

and then once here, I made some lunch, took a shower and put a load of laundry on.

I walked over to the Trader Joe's and bought some treats.

Then I walked over to my barber for a haircut - and then walked back... I try not to use

my car when I can. It's really important to me to keep aware of and limit the carbon I put into the air.

Now I am back home and watching PBS...Nothing really going on kind of just sitting here,

signed up for my yoga class tomorrow morning and munching on raw almonds.

Woot! :)

Sounds like a nice, relaxed day.

On the days I can't bring myself to care about my contribution to carbaric pollution, I shoot to care about myself enough to experience a little bit of life outside my mobile isolation chamber (car). Walking really is potent medication inside my own skin.
