JUST A QUICK HELLO AND HOW IS EVERYONE?? HAVING A QUIET DAY. I AM MAKING A ROAST BEEF DINNER IN MY SLOW COOKER. YUMMY!!
THIS WEEK I LEARNED HOW TO MAKE SCHNITZEL, WHICH I ADORE. IT WAS SO....EASY!! I ALSO MADE A SWISS CREAM SAUCE FOR IT. I ALSO MADE HOT GERMAN POTATOES WITH BACON. WHAT A YUMMY MEAL( NO CALORIES..LOL!!). HUBBY REALLY LIKED IT.
WELL, THAT'S IT FOR TODA. MUST BE THE SHORTEST JOURNAL I HAVE EVER WRITTEN!!

We\'ve been enjoying some sun here and I\'ve been running around like a chicken wiht it\'s head off trying to do six things at once so I can take advantage of it. Inspite of my disorganized state some things are getting done but I\'m really hopeing for a lot more sun so some of those things will actualy get finsihed right.
all sounds so yummy. and no calories lol... the best part.. happy that hubby is home and enjoying your cooking.,. hugs ..enjoy. marie
I was thinking of making a huge batch of pierogi\'s (sp) and freezing some for the w-----. German potato salad ok have to make that now you got my mouth watering, even though I don\'t like bacon I can eat it in that dish. Thanks NJ xo
