quiet pillow talk

it is the end of the day
I am laying my head down on my pillow
and I want to talk about my feelings
I want to share with someone
I want to tell them what I am thinking
I want to feel important and
to be remembered
and to be reminded that I am not
alone
to be reassured
and to spill my thoughts
until they have been sorted..
to give back
until all's done and said
to fall asleep. quiet, cozy
and ready to start a new day tomorrow.
