Progress update!! Month 2

Today was weigh in and measurement day.... (I only do this 1 x per month) Changes from Aug. 23rd to today are: I have lost another 11 pounds and 10.25 inches from the 7 places I measure! My waist had the biggest change, down 3.5 inches in one flippin month! Totals since surgery July 24th Lbs lost = 39 Inches lost = 22.25 Totals since first measurements and weigh in last January at my preop surgeon visit is: Lbs lost = 65 Inches lost = 31.25
I am 6 lbs from half way to goal! My short term goal is to be half way by my next weigh in on Oct 31st at surgeons office :)
