"Professionals"--UGH!!!!!!!!!
So........about a month ago I called my MD's office to schedule my yearly checkup:
1.) When I made the appointment they asked what for?
2.) When I arrived the day of appointment, the nurse came in exam room and asked was I there for my checkup?
3. The doctor comes in, and says, "So you are here for your annual visit?"
HUH????????
Ohhh..it gets better!
Due to my depression, panic, and anxiety...last week I had a CCA (Comprehensive Clinical Assessment) done. It revealed...that I have Major Depressive Disorder and Acute Anixety.......HUH????? I already knew this.......
It gets EVEN better now:
Today, I go to see the therapist...."THEY" asked "ME" how they can help me??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF I knew the answers I would NOT need you!!!!!!!!!! HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your last comment I could not agree with you more. I am excited and in yet dreading meeting a \"new\" Psychiatrist.. I hate having to relive it all and then depending on who I am when I get there will also dictate how successful the meeting will be. Even though he already knows about me through my huge file I will still get asked so how can I help you today.. should you not ask me how can you help me for everyday.
Wow...people are really losing it. Overwhealmed...overstimulated...out of touch? I just don\'t know.
I have a similiar experience, though it was meant with kindness. I saw my ARNP for my blood pressure (I never had high blood pressure before). We talked for a while and she asked if there was anything she could do for me... she meant well, but really...what can anyone possibly do???

My friend Robert who died with a seizure on May 15, 2012 in his bathtub would often have this same problem, since they expected him to have the answers for my medical problems and that\'s WRONG, since they have the degrees. I believe in being a part of my health, but to say I am the expert is not fact, I like to have my opinion of course, without being told I can\'t have my views. I hope this makes some sense here since the library is closing.
Attitude!! Slap up side the head. The docs make notes. They share with other docs. But, things may change each time you go in. Plus, they see soooooo many patients in a day. They need to be reminded what\'s going on with YOU. That\'s \"the system\" for you. They are required to be with each patient for only so long. They then go on to the next patient. Not a good system, I\'ll admit.
But, you must remember \"Who really kicked the cat!\"
A new story for you.
The boss is in a good mood. He then goes to lunch. Coming back from lunch, not such a good mood. He then jumps on his secretary.
The secretary is now in a bad mood. She is this bad mood the rest of the day. She goes home and takes it out on her husband. The husband then gets in a bad mood!!

yeah... they ask you dumb questions to test your memory if they didn\'t the ones that should be on heavy medicine or locked up would get away. I know it\'s weird.
