Bob, try another email with them through the CL and see if you get a response. I think something is glitched in the help desk. I had a problem reporting something, and it took me several tries to get through and get a response.
I got another error tonight so I did take a photo of the screen with my camera because when an error message is on screen the laptop will not allow you to take a screenshot. I did email that in reply to the email I got today from Debra I think it is.....I answered all questions except no idea what version of mozzilla firefox I use I told her it is the current version. everything is done on my end now and we shall see how long it takes for her to reply.....

I got email today about my issues with errors today asking me for information and screen shots....they are working....

just tried again to load a photo to my journal and nope error message and then refresh and it is gone.....
