Prayers please

My dear friend Toni mother needs prayers tonight. Her mother Connie has COPD. She has been in ICU for a month now hooked up to a vent. Sunday she was off for 12 hours. Monday the docs put her back under and hooked her back up. Today she is sleeping a lot with no help from the meds. She also is not responding very much today. Toni is having such a hard time with this. I think part of her is in denial. My heart breaks for her. Her mama is like my second mama. I prayed so that she would at least make it through Christmas. Since we lost Josh at Christmas. Toni is so exhausted. Her and her husband are legal guardians over 8 year old Krystal. Krystal's mom is messed up on drugs and has lost both Krystal and her brother. Jacob lives with their aunt. the aunt could not handle them both. Krystal has also been sexually abused. Toni is also having a hard time with her. Toni has no children of her own. The docs have told them Krystal was a RAD kid. I had no idea what this was until I looked it up. A child that has never had a bonding mother figure and trust issues with caregivers. Please pray for my dear friend as she is like a sister to me that I never had. Please pray for Connie. Please pray for Krystal so that she will learn that she is in a safe and loving home.
