Prayers for a friend
Dear friends, I will keep this short today. I ask all of you to send special prayers for my friend, Monica. She was diagnosed last week with a tumour on her ovary the size of a baby’s head. Later in the week while the hospital was setting up it’s surgical team the tumour had grown to the size of a small watermelon. She is only 40 and she is a kind and wonderful person with 3 children, a single mom. She is scheduled for surgery on Tuesday. The pathologist will be there and will test the tissues right there to determine if it is malignant ( Oh, God, I hope not). Anyway, it would sure help if all of you just add her to your prayer list. I\'m already praying as I write. Please let us know how things turn out after her surgery. I\'ll also praying you will be strong for your friend when she needs your support the most.
