Prayers and acceptance
I came to a good conclusion after writing this:
I just wish there were more stable peace within me. I have to keep taking myself to a step back position and reckon with the paranoia but also the instability that it’s part of life for me.. up and then down… perspective and presence of mind and then the rug pulled out from under. I’ll continue to aim to do a good job and be a star employee.

my own ability to sit quietly in a room alone remains a challenge, but if it was easy, everyone would do it.

Go out into the world with spiritual armor, something a former coworker and I used to say as we dealt with the public in our jobs.
Paranoia is no fun. I have some theories to deal with some of it but will keep it to myself. Not even “theories” but rather Perspectives.
