it's a time of transition -
i am not working this week
my birthday is coming up
i will be getting a new resident psychiatrist at the end of the month
today I have tried to understand why I am too afraid to look for work
outside of the market..
I took one of my housemates to coffee and she is so unwell
it makes me feel crazy..
i spent some extra money today while I am trying to keep a certain amount above my monthly rent.
ok - enough writing - just will take deep breaths.

thanks becky! it's on the 27th but apparently when it comes near my family notices i get all tense..
Family can be great and supportive and we do appreciate it, but sometimes they just don't get it, do they?
my family does get it.. they remind me of what time of year it is - so it helps! :)
