practicing imagination

I am trying to envision a future for myself or even basic activities outside of just fulfilling my responsibilities.

I find when I don't have a focus, I tend to ruminate. I write a lot about what I am thinking but I think

having the bravery to just imagine possibility or potential in my life is both a frightening but essential part of life.

I loved the affirmation today by DS.org:

"Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards." ~ Soren Kierkegaard

It made me think about the way I have been reacting to anxiety, my person.

In any event, I did what I needed to do today. Chores and went and picked up my medicine. Started to organize for my taxes

this year. I have my volunteer orientation this Thursday. Maybe I should organize a hike for my time off. I will do that -

or maybe a trip to the museum. It's something. Ok, that's all for now folks! :) xx
