Posted elsewhere, probs better suited to here. Opinions? Help?

I don't know where I'm going with this so please bare with me, this is all very new to me.

I'm a 30yo 5'7" female, 106kg, 45% BF (estimate). Week 3 of 16:8 and keto (120g protein, 70g fat, under 20g carbs), kcal around 1200. I'm doing 5x5 3-4x a week and in a separate session I do about 40min cardio 3-4x a week (just to start they day away from my kids!!!).

The scale hasn't moved, not a single bit. I do find I'm feeling slightly stronger. My goal is to lose fat, reach about 18% BF. I obviously want to gain muscle and also strength. There isn't a certain number on the scale that I care about. I'd just like to be fit, strong and healthy.

I'm not scared of lifting heavy and I'm quite happy doing compound exercises.

I do have some health issues in case these need to be taken into consideration for any opinions or advice re what I'm doing or should change and be doing.

-Hypermobility

-Chondromalacia patellae

-PCOS

-I'm on 20g Citalopram, 100g Spirolonactone

Am I on the right track here? Anything I should stop, change or add? Why isn't the scale moving?

Apologies, I'm new to this and have only just started researching and reading but it's not that easy!

Thanks!
