Possible Abilify Side Effects
I have been in New York for two-ish days now. I have been experiencing several things that are not any fun.
The first is Anxiety, but I don't think this is from the Abilify. I am under a great deal of stress here in New York since I am meeting up with family who hasn't seen in me in 3 years. I think any anxiety is almost entirely from that.
The second is insomnia, and this really sucked. Not just any insomnia but the kind where I seemed to wake up several times through the night and I had a hard time getting back to sleep each time. My Mom thinks that this is related to the stress I mentioned a bit ago.

Yes, it is major stress to face family not knowing what the reaction will be. We hope it is love and acceptance but the unknown is there for now. Feel the love of your friends and family surround you as you walk through this.
