positive list
last night I ambitiously wrote a list of all the things I have been planning to do - my mind may lose its place and at times I may start talking to my parents like I haven't made other goals with a new idea (s).
I realize I must write ALL of my plans down and then revisit the list once the next day comes so that I can stay on track - and encourage myself and them - that I am learning a effective way of
staying on track.
So last night I made a list. I went to work this morning and had a hard time staying focused and was fatigued big time there though I worked only 3 hours today. It felt like I didn't know what I was going to do - when I came home - I felt wiped out and fatigued.
So what I plan to do is take a nap and then go after my list. I may have a completely different mindset - it might feel like a bitter pill to swallow for some reason - but I think I can just go through the motions like I do at work and get some of what I planned to do done or followed through on. I have been industrious and 'on track' in healthier times in my life I should try and recapture some of that now.

Excellent idea, Mark. Way to work the tools!
Don't be afraid of the rewrites. Even the most clinical of executive plans inevitably needs revision before the project is done.
danke arfieola maximus!!
I love writing lists. I do it at work but I also do it at home. I feel accomplishment even if I write menial chores down and accomplish them when I’m able.
Hope you work out a sense of what works for you. Good on you for trying something new. Have a good week mark!
The purists in my linguistic circles love to browbeat me over my relentless mixing of languages and dialects. I pride myself in rattling their purist ideals. Consider "Danke Arfieola Maximus" stolen.
