POPCORN success!

Last night at the movies I finally did it! NO POPCORN!! Feels so good to have success in this area, and the really cool thing... I didn't even miss it! Rich (hubby) ate a small one... and even that was ok.
When we walked in... the smell hit. Then I remembered what JJ said about smells... just enjoy them for what they are. No need to think you have to eat it just cause you smelled it! So... I inhaled deeply and let that be enough, and it was :)
