I’ve found the joy of being alone with my work here. It made me think about my Dad and brother and appreciate how they both are at their work and lives.

It did take for me to get back to the monastery from the spontaneous trip to realize that. Knowing that unknowns trigger me if I have zero control. Perhaps they would trigger most. I am also realizing my own ship i need to be sailing just as each of are.

Have a good week and night. Sending peace out to you all, friends and compatriots!

when i can keep my control freakitis in check, those changes trigger a sense of adventure far more than a fear of the unknown.

"Perhaps [unknowns] would trigger most."

Yes! Researchers have conducted numerous studies to determine the significance of the fear of the unknown. A journal article I read recently concluded that the fear of the unknown may be the fundamental fear that rules all others.

You are not alone. Hugs.

Thanks Arfie.!!Thanks Judy!!!

In response to both of you, yes Arfie it can seem like adventure but I really became unwound by it. So it was a bit like ‘a moth attracted to a flame’ and yes Judy! I agree completely and thanks!! Xxoo
