PMS vs BP

I am PMSing real bad. I don't feel like writing this but its good to let  it out. YEAH RIGHT!!! I feel like I'm fighting myself internally. I can cry any minute now.  I feel worn down and defeated and from what? I don't work, but I do clean the hell out of this apt. . The kids don't  appreciate my hard work, and really what do I expect them to do? Come home from school and thank me for cleaning and cooking and doing my JOB as a mom. NO!!! But  aleast show it in their actions, like don't leave it for me to clean as if I'm the maid and not the mom. My kids are 15,11 and 8(almost 9).   And don't start me on the EX. dont want to type all of that!LOL.  I know that my period is coming and I feel like I should go in my room and wait there for it and maybe I won't feel so bitchy. and sad and angry. No interaction w/ the outside world, kids included.  It is amazing to ME  that one person can feel all of that at once.  Every month I feel like my parenting skills are on the line. The slightest thing will set me off. I feel bad/ sad for the kids, that must think that their mom is crazy. And I feel crazy. I literally feel like I'm shaking my head back and forth for a long time. this is the longest "something" I've done since Wednesday. I'm on the edge about everything, include the toilet paper roll, ex. I'm I the only person that can change the toilet paper?????? or is able to put more water in the jug? I tell my kids that I should be preacher because I say the same thing over and over again. LOL think about it the Bible is never going change and neither is his message.HAHA. Speaking of which, my mom says that I need the Lord. Okay, I'm cool w/ that idea. But my Mom doesn't accept the notion that I'm BP. She thinks that I just need the Lord. Period. I truly thank God for my mom,but I wish she could be more realistic. Any Way........... This was good........

I hope you feel better. I feel like that everyday. Haha. I have my son and a roommate. They both do not do anything around the house. Keep your head up it will all be over in a week. :)
