my therapist is very sick. she's cancelled two appointments now
and this is the first time she's ever done this during the years
i've known her. I'm really concerned. She's important.

What's happening is very hard, we can become so attached to our therapists. Sadly I never had closure with my last therapist of nearly 5 years....she got me.
On the other side of the coin, my new therapist 'challenges me' and questions me as my last therapist didn't do, she was more sympathetic.
I do hope all will work out for you Mark....no matter what, you'll land on your feet.
