pinballing and popcorning symptoms

make it stop.

orders don't help, but daggone it anyway.

maybe we should raise flags over our homes when it's like this.

a show of solidarity, that we are here.  that we are needing some solid signs of hope.

uhhhhhhh.......day 3 since my last shower, so i pushed my way into the rain room.

good, shower chair is a rock. keeps me safe and the water is pleasant.

feeling little electrical prickles in unconnected places......my big toe, then my knee.......then my elbow, my left forearm has been cold and achy for days.  nauseous cause the weather is changing, barometric pressure is playing havoc with sinuses which drain into the tummy causing a seasick cabin girl experience. ugh.  diverticulitis is flared up, is rice bad for diverticulitis?  can't remember.

but then the piece de resistance........i've been awake for awhile......fed the kitties.....watched two hours of tv........decided to dry my h a ir......since i'm so cold.  flip on the light switch and really?  REALLY?  my nightie is inside out. 

wah wah wah........gave me my first smile of the day.  so maybe it's not all bad.  at least i wasn't being presented at the royal court with my undies over me dress........but good lord, usually i would think i would've noticed that right after putting it on....cause i put it on, went into rub my head with the towel good, the comb it.....in front of a MIRROR.

so maybe i won't go anywhere today.....again.  ever. 

my left hip feels inflamed.......pain is busting out all over.  this is not a call for sympathy really, it just is a bit much and i would like it to knock it off.  feels like wee tiny pain leprechauns are up to some evil mischief this day........may they move back to the emerald isle and be pushed off into the ocean by fairy ninja assasins!  xoxooxxo
