Pictures of us
So I just changed my avatar to a (I think nice) picture of the two of us together not too long ago. Some people suggest keeping a picture of my wife in my face all the time may not be the healthiest route to healing or peace or whatever other crap they want to call it (fully realizing good intentions).

People are going to say really dumb stuff to you. They mean well, they just don\'t have a clue. You look at her picture if it gives you comfort. I put Ron\'s drivers licence in my wallet, he\'s been in there for four years and I like it that way. One day at a time Terry that\'s all we can do.

I agree with npc also, & I also have my husband\'s driver license in my wallet. It is a beautiful pic of you & your wife. I have a pic of me & hubby together right in front of me at work. I thought maybe if I put it away it would lessen my pain, but no it did not, so I put it back & found that it is a comfort to me. So, don\'t listen to what others think & do what your heart tells you.
I have pictures of my husband all around my home. I love looking at them.

Yes I have her picture as background on my computer and phone so I see her all day long. Thank you all for your comments.
I have pictures of my husband and of us together all over the place. I find I need him in every room. Don\'t listen to people who have no clue what this awful journey is all about. You need to do what makes you feel better and helps you get through the day. She is beautiful and if seeing her makes you feel better then do it.
