phooey.

sitting here.  did a little internet scouting about places to go at Lake Lanier.   found a pretty trail.......it's 3.8 miles.  longer than i could do probably, but a body can stop and go back at any time.  it has a very pretty trail that goes through woodlands where you can see wildlife and pretty flowers.......vistas of the water.  has picnic/swings/bathrooms and so on at regular intervals......and you cross through lower overlook park which i believe is by Buford Dam.  that could be a good trail.  i also found a festival in buford on sunday.......a concert by a small area lake to raise money for schools....a different lake called Lake Berkeley......$10 a ticket.  but the band is more my cuppa tea, not the kids so much.  music that covers from the 70's - 90's.

whatever we do will be fun.  i just ordered a rug pad online from walmart for a smaller area rug that slips and slides every time the kitties race, so i figure it's just a matter of time that i could fall.......with that exciting order i also got kitty litter and kitty food.  won't have to worry about that stuff for awhile.

i have a 3 quart pan that for some reason is losing it's red color specifically on the bottom when heated.......this is a PROBLEM......not trying to heat paint the oven top.  so i found a pan to replace it, this also turned into an online order.  and with that i am getting a new set of bamboo wooden spoons.  my current set is shot..........

so now that my shopping is done, what's next?  well, i'd like to get my hair trimmed.  nobody offers senior rate cuts on friday........so i need to wait on that or pay the higher price.  i don't want to chase a new hairdo, just get the ends shaped.  i could go to that place by publix near the freeway entrance.......but do i have enough energy to get dressed?

this marks day ???who knows??? of endless swollen glands.  since mid february.  a long long time without a break.  usually yes i get breaks from this particular CFS/ME symptom......but not lately.

talk about confused.  i noticed i had a text....i looked at it, completely forgetting everything.....brushed my hair & teeth, got dressed to go out and then just now realized i'm not going anywhere..........good grief.

feel tired and stupid.  but i look nice......LOL!  tell the kitties to pay me a compliment every once in a while......i tell them they're gorgeous but they don't reciprocate........i mentioned the laurel ridge trail to sara and she thinks that sounds great:
