Phone calls

I felt like I was on the phone all day today. I didn't sleep good at all last night. I swear it felt like I just took a sugar pill instead of my trazodone. I just laid there like seriously is the trazodone even in me??
I woke up at 8am,had my phone interview about getting on Medicaid and went right back to bed until noon. Noon is my magic number right now. I can't seem to get out of bed before then.  That's not something I'm going to beat myself up about though. I go to bed around 2am and get up around noon. That's what I'm comfortable with right now so that's what I'm doing. I do feel bad for my mom though because she drives me everywhere and I like my appointments to be in the afternoon.

I went back and forth on the phone with United Health Insurance and Cobra all day. I wish both of them would get their shit together. I pay my stupid cobra payment on time every month and there's no way I should have to deal with this hassle of claims being denied. I called my bankrupcty lawyer and explained about the pile of medical bills and not yet knowing which ones are going in the bankrupcty and which ones the insurance is paying. He was really nice about explaining eveything to me. I meet with him again in 2 weeks. I need that to be over soon. I can't deal with the 20 phone calls a day from the bill collectors. I'm trying hard not to cry about it.

I called the cardiologist about following up on my event monitor, ordering me more compression stockings and referring me to the internist. I also talked with my POTS physical therapist about my progress. I scheduled an appt. with a new gynocologist to go over my breast ultrasound.
On top of the phone calls, I took out the trash, did some laundry emptied the dishwasher. I've had a full day but of course my brain isn't tired. I hope I can get some sleep tonight. And thankfully Colin made it through his gallbladder surgery ok.

I was on Trazadone for about two years. Then I built up a resistance to it and the pdoc kept having to raise the mg for me to get any sleep. Before long the mg was so high it only came in this octagon shaped fat-ass pill that I couldn\'t swallow and you and it wouldn\'t break in half so I just said forget it with that.

I really am glad I don\'t take it anymore bc for me it would take my system several hours to get fully awake awake. I just dragged through the mornings with it.

I know you have a lot on your plate. I\'ve been exactly where you are...stuck with medical bills, waiting on disability and I know I cried when I had to face bankruptcy. I just felt so demoralized or something.I also hated being so dependent on my parents but I was lucky and they helped me through it. I had to learn how to be a \"taker\" bc I have always been a \"giver.\"

Have faith and in the end you will see things have a way of working out ieven if you can\'t see the way right now and hell quit answering the phone when bill collector\'s call!!lol! I\'m just kidding sort-of...I had to do that bc I couldn\'t handle the stress of having to explain my condition. This has been seven years ago and I actually wrote to my creditor\'s handwritten. You are in my thoughts RED!!
