Pep Talk

NO ONE is worth killing yourself for.  NO ONE is worth making yourself mentally and emotionally sick.  I just have to keep reminding myself that no matter how much I love my husband, I CANNOT let myself be emotionally abused by his bad bahavior.  He does not see it as bad, or does not care???  I got to such a bad place 3 yrs ago.  I DO NOT want to go there again.  It sucks too much life from me.  I am doing my best to not be a sponge.
