People running me over

Roy just called to tell me he is having computer issues.  It wasnt a good morning, or hey I have this problem or have  good day call, he just was pissed about his computer and that was the only reason for the phone call.  I got fed up trying to talk to him and hung up on him.  I am so tired of giving 100% to everyone else and only get 2% back.
