peaceful tidings

I woke early this morning at 330a or so to get ready for a delivery for my parents' business.

I planned it that way to leave at around this time - I left at 350am - to avoid the LA traffic and to make a speedy time

of it. And I did. I got home at 540am - and all was good.

Unfortunately or perhaps just as a matter of fact - non judgementally - I had a mental episode

later in the morning...I phoned my brother - and he talked me down - I am so grateful - and then after we hung

up - I called my stepmom to recommend something to her - and fell back or rather hyped up into manicky stuff

and she talked me down - I am so grateful...I decided to take a pill of Olanzapine and ate some food

and that helped...Was getting ready to come here and write a post to be expressive and my Pop called - and

we talked about things - I am so grateful - and now I think I'll go for a walk around the park -

I want to make something today - and I guess this post will be it :)! I'll go for a walk now -

and I am thankful to God for friends and family and for Blue. My job and home -
