Peaceful Day

    This is our back shed. It is covered with scarlet runners. This is only half of the leaves the rest fell off in the last frost. I have the same thing on the front of the house. I love their brilliant colors. And boy, do they grow!!!! I have to hack them back during the growing season. Really having a quiet day. Doing some washing for clothes I’m taking on the cruise plus the regular stuff. Even took time out to read the paper, that’s rare. I find the news brings me down so often I am happily ignorant of current affairs. I have actually got all your journals, at least to the present moment all done. Yeah!!!Didn’t do the tan or gym today as it is closed due to the funeral. That’s okay, I’ll do my treadmill later and I am already quite dark.I started to pack yesterday. And I was trying on clothes that previously did not fit and now they do. Maybe I said this yesterday. I’ll do a little more today. I also want to go on a search for a portable hand steamer for travel. I’ll try wal mart first. Surely, somewhere will have such a thing. I use to have one but it wore out.I just got a telemarketer call, the same one I got yesterday and I told them I was not interested. So I told the guy I had received the call and I was not interested. He starts the but, but.... I got rude and emphatically sated I was not interested and hung up. Usually I don’t answer them but occasionally, one slips through! Pain in the !@#!!!!Well, I’m going to close and head off to do a few chores. I have a hair appointment at 1:00 and the boys at 2:30.
