Pdoc visit
Well, it was short and sweet I guess. I fidget the whole time talking really fast and then I stop midway and couldn't remember what we were talking about to start with. He's fervently writing something down in my notes and I'm unable to control my lack of concentration or rambling mouth. He takes me off the Klonopin...and puts me on ativan. I've been taking klonopin for years, years so this is scaring me. He changed me to Lexapro and Abilify and the Ativan as needed.
Get my scripts and low and behold instead of 10 mg of abilify I have 2 mg WTF NOW.
So I'm like great I just paid $50 for something thats not even right.
He put me on the Ativan and the Lexapro because they will be good for my panic attacks. He didn't get any med records from the hospital that referred me there so I don't know if he knows I'm bipolar or not, he didn't say, he just asked about family history and stuff...i didn't want to ask him...I don't know...he didn't put me on a mood stabilizer...we'll see how it goes I guess. I feel like a giunea pig...a rat in a cage...
Oh yeah...he extended my return to work for another month and they are already preparing for someone to take my place...I don't know what those people think but I think they really think I'm incompetent forever now because of the way they are acting about it. So I'm thinking this is the right time to put in a resignation. Bad thing is I'm not on my husbands insurance yet...i won't have any if I quit and no way can we afford that every month. I Think liquor is cheaper...lol that really wasn't funny but its damn true.
