Patterns and crud

I am going to start

focusing on the good and less on the toxic.

I'll be positive

I have to admit though I have a lot of rage in me right now.

I can't help it -

when I start to relax - I remember I have to fight -

and it's a vicious cycle

I must look for ways to calm myself down

or ways just to evacuate the steam that boils up

within me -

I know we're all human animals - and it's like if I were

a cheetah I would be walking along growling and meowing

probably for for the fact that I am in a state of agression

hungry tired weary but also I've got the mad engine

within and perhaps that's just human

there's part of me that studies the patterns in others and in life

and that study also is of  the patterns in myself -

it's developed into kind of a mission -to

find answers for myself and humanity as funny as that sounds.

for myself and maybe for the good of others

and my own curiosity and lacking in what else to do. Trying to just be happy and productive and balanced. Cheers folks!

anyways - things are good. just home from the shops and now

I'll make tea and support folks

Ah. That battle with rage/anger/ ... is often lopsided. Here's to you finding the calm, peace and quiet in the midst of that swirling pool of sights, sounds, images, and everything.

I hope you find the balance for you. Whatever it takes, it's worth the time to woo the moment when you have it.

I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. Is this rage and anger situational or do you think it's physiological? You may need a med adjustment.

I started having emotions like that and couldn't figure out what was wrong for a while and then figured out it was physical and I needed to be back on the Rexulti.

Just ignore this if it bothers you, I don't want you to be offended in any way.

Have a good weekend Mark.

Sweetie have you discussed with your pdoc changing your meds?

I know she's said before she really didn't want to but you suffer a lot and they really don't seem to help you a lot of the time

I don't think that's reasonable when there are other things you could try or a procedure that might help like ECT

If she refuses to try something different when what you're doing isn't working much of the time maybe consider a second opinion???

I'm hugging you and I hope your evening is peaceful...xo
