PANICE ATTACKS...WHY???

YES, WE ARE HAVING MORE SNOW!!! WHEN WILL IT EVER END. WE HAVE BEEN GETTING SOME SNOW ALMOST EVERY OTHER DAY. THANK GOODNESS IT IS NOT REALLY COLD AT LEAST THAT MAKES IT SOMEWHAT TOLERABLE.
I AM NOT FEELING VERY WELL. I WOKE UP YESTERDAY AFTER A LOUSY SLEEP FILLED WITH WEIRD DREAM TO A FULL BLOWN PANIC ATTACK. I SUFFERED ALL DAY WITH THE TIGHT CHEST, UPSET STOMACH AND JUST GENERALLY FEELING BLUE AND CRAPPY. IF ONLY I COULD PUT A FINGER ON WHAT IS CAUSING THESE SUDDEN DROP INTO THE DARKNESS. WELL, I KNOW THAT THIS SHALL PASS...GOD GIVE ME STRENGTH!!
BE WELL. DEBBIE

Now Debbie you forgot where the finger points...BP. Don\'t you take a Klonopin when you have an anxiety or panic attack. Sure helps me. Takes that edge right off and sometimes even makes it go away. It helps if you do not have anything pressing to do so you don\'t have to perform. I sure hope this doesn\'t last long. I am sure the snow doesn\'t help. We got a huge break for a couple days, our snow even melted. Now we are expecting an ice storm and then 6-8 inches of snow on top of that. The ice will be bad, that is when you lose power and trees fall. Since our property is old we have lots of trees which are also old and they do come down when they are covered with ice. Only about 5 times have they fell on the house and garage. Fortunately we have enough to go around. Out of about 20-30 that fell I only cried over one, it was a Maple. A couple of Cotton Woods I was actually glad. It has to hit a structure before the insurance will help, so it has been half and half. Boy I can go on sometimes. Try to take it easy and pop feel better one. Love you Naomi ox

We had snow, pretty heavy for a short time, this morning but it\'s mostly clear out now.
I had thought I was going to sweep and mop in the greenhouse, well did the sweeping but when it came time to mop my water was freezing on the floor and leaving dirty frozen streaks. Course now withh the sun out it\'s nice and hot in there but I no longer have the urge to clean or mop.
Sorry you woke up with the blue uglies. I sure hope they pass quickly. Get better, you and the weather. Hugs.
