Pain in left side

Well, it is getting frustrating waiting on the pain in my left side to get better.  It was doing so well and then I leaned down to look under the seat in my car and boom! It has throbbed all evening.
 
I am almost starting my 5 week post surgery. I felt like I would be dancing by now.  Thursday, I am supposed to lead a dance group all morning! What am I going to do?
