pain...but still sober

Well, I'm still smoking fags, but no booze or weed.  Today I have done something to my lower back and I can't bend over or sit down without excruciating pain.  I swear, if I had any, I'd smoke a J...purely for medical reasons.   I am a firm believer in Medical Marijuana and was once able to abide by those rules myself,using it only for migraines or pains caused by my congenital radial head dislocations (the bones in the joints of my elbow are fused together) but somewhere along the line, it became an addiction and especially when I quit drinking.  At first it took me way less pot to kill the pain, then I really liked the high that I hadn't been experiencing due to the rum/tequila/vodka/beer...   I WANT A JOINT SO BAD RIGHT NOW..... Sometimes I just need to rant a bit to feel better and now that I've done that, I think I'll take the recommended dose of Ibuprofen, then have nap.
