Pain and isolation, how you deal with it
My Californian therapist and I had our last session today. Technically she’s not supposed to practice across state lines. So we had a good last meeting and she gave me pointers recently on how to seek therapists in my area. She also will supply a letter of introduction when I find someone. She and my California psychiatrist are super heroes. I’m understanding now how people deal with their pain, isolation and self responsibility in life. It gives me a window to seeing the respect I have for others making their ways in life.

Big hug sweetie...It's hard to let go of the people you've come to trust and count on
I hope that you find a wonderful therapist that you connect with soon...xo
thanks janet!
i opine that a change in therapist would broaden your recovery considerable. however divine the team you have been working with, theirs is but one perspective in a large and confusing world. it pays to diversify.
just opining. . .
listen to your heart.
Good luck Mark. I know you will find the right person for you.
Part of an important journey for sure. All good beginnings as you start anew, my friend. This will be a good next chapter!
Thanks Arfie, Rich and Nikki!
