Pain
I am in a lot of pain. I go to the chiropractor tonight. I really think my bed may be why I'm not sleeping well and my back hurts so much. I can't afford to replace it and it isn't old enough to need replaced anyway.
This sucks. It's hard to function at work. I feel like my brain is about 20 percent less intelligent than usual. Caffeine does nothing for me anymore. Pain pills have never helped me ever so I don't bother with them.
I thought when I came to this job I would feel better because it is less physical but I feel worse sometimes. I hate being so sedentary.
My back feels like it has been thrown out or on the verge of it. The only thing I can think is Saturday at my fiance's company picnic I was on my feet too much and mini golf was a strain. I can't believe I am in such weak bad shape. I don't want to turn into my mother.
I feel much better all around when I am skinnier and going to the gym. But I can't afford it nor do I have time. It's also so hot it's sickening. I cleaned my house over the weekend and almost passed out even with AC on.
I hate this weakness in myself and this pain.

I feel for you, because you sound like me at times. The only, and I do mean ONLY thing that helped ease some of the pain from being so sedentary is that I started doing a lot of stretching at night, while watching TV. I noticed that really helped, not only with stiffness, but with the pain too. I had a 60% torn knees meniscus and the pain went away, and it wasn't going away before I started stretching. I worked in office jobs all my life and I always hated being so sedentary.
Last night the chiropractor gave me some exercises to do once the swelling went down. I had ice on my back all evening and took an antidepressant inflammatory. He wants me to start walking too.
Stupid autocorrect. I meant anti-inflammatory.
Walking is free. Running too. Gyms take a lot of time. Traveling etc
Physical pain is not a moral weakness
