overpowering

It is as if I speak another language now. Nobody talks to me, they don’t understand me now.
This is overpowering. I need a break. I cannot believe this turn of events in my life.
Greif is a lot of work, and I am working it.
I am reading books now.
Understanding Your Greif by Alan Wolfelt                   this is a good book
The Courage to Greive by Judy Tatelbaum     not so good
