Out of the Hospital

I'm out of the hospital now... I gained a ton of weight while I was in there... I don't know how much since I don't want to step on the scale until Saturday when I'm supposed to weigh myself. I know that I didn't drink all the water I should have, I ate a ton of fatty, salty food, and didn't exercise. I got maybe 15 minutes of walking in while I was in there, but that was it. They only opened the door to go outside once when I was in there for 15 minutes, and that's when I was walking. It was nice outside today, I should have gone for a walk, but I slept all day. I was just tired. It's the new pills they put me on. I'm on Neurontin now, and that makes you tired. I know because I slept from 11am when I got home until 5pm when I finally woke up. It could be that I just didn't sleep well in the hospital and I was making up for it. The first night they didn't give my my medications, and so I got like 6 hours of sleep. The second night I was in there I got 8 hours of sleep, which is good for the hospital. I hope tonight I sleep well and can wake up good in the morning and go for my walk.
The hospital was an experience... I met a bunch of nice people. I hope that I can talk to them now that I'm out, since they were nice. One guy said that he was going to help me out and hang out with me so that way I have friends in the area. He lives down the street from me, not too far. I think I can walk to his place where he lives with his girlfriend. He's devoted to his girlfriend, so I'm not worried about him trying to hit on me or anything. Besides, I have Geo and he knows it. Geo didn't get a chance to visit me when I was in there, but the guy still knows I'm devoted to Geo. I love him so much, and I missed him so much when I was inside. I also met a girl that was really nice and she was in there because she was having problems with drugs and she got out of rehab early and they were going to send her to a homeless shelter and she freaked out. She is used to having her family help her out, and they kicked her to the curb. It's so sad the stories you hear when you are in the hospital, the people who get ignored because of their mental illness.
I don't have much to say today... I ate a ton of food when I was in there. I got my calories for sure. I'm pretty sure I got mine in today too... let me go check. Yeah, I ate my calories today, mostly in the hospital, since I ate a bunch of croquettes for breakfast. I love those croquettes that they have in there. It's one of the only foods that are worth eating. Well, that and the eggs. I actually ate more than my calories today according to Spark People, so I know I've gained fat weight. I know I've also gained water weight, but I hope to get some of that off by Saturday when I weigh myself. I'm going to try not to weigh myself until then. I know that from now I have to work harder on losing weight since I'm going to have even more weight on me.
Stress today was low. Yesterday it was high since at first they said they weren't going to let me go today when I wanted to go since I had a flat affect. That means I wasn't smiling enough, that I wasn't showing enough emotion. I don't smile a lot, and I always have a flat affect. I'm schizophrenic for crying out loud, flat affect is part of it. I know that I should be smiling and stuff, but I'm just not that much of a smiley person. I don't show a lot of emotion on my face. When I get mad, my face is still flat. I don't know what they expected from me. Oh well. I'm out now, so there's nothing to be stressed about. Well, nothing big at least.
Sleep last night was okay.. I got 8 hours so for the hospital that's not bad at all. It's hard to get sleep in there, since the TV is going all the time from 7am to 11pm. I can't sleep with the TV on, the noise gets to me, so I didn't sleep while it was on. The night before I didn't sleep very much at all, just like 6 hours since they didn't give me my medications. I was up until after 1am, and then I was up at 7. I also woke up in the middle of the night for a while, and so I don't even know for sure how much sleep I got. They don't have a lot of clocks in there, just one behind the desk. I guess they don't want us focusing on how much time we spend in there. Sleep today was good... I slept from 11am to 5pm like I said. I was super tired from not sleeping in the hospital. Mood overall today is okay... just tired, so I don't know for sure how I'm doing.
