Hi everyone, my computer has been acting up. I can't recieve any e-mails. If you have sent one I haven't ignored you. Steve is working on it for me.

Hi Wanda...I did send you an email. I was just checking to see if you were okay. I saw that there were quite a few tornados around you and Ingrid\'s area. Ingrid is okay and guessing from this brief journal you are too. I\'m sorry the computer is acting up. That is frustrating. I hope Steve can fix it right up for you. Love, Linda

I wanted to be the first email you see when Steve gets your PC up and running.. I am sure Steve will get to the problem as to what happened when your computer became unstable.. I had a close call today myself, and my PC became unstable, mine is very strange, i lost all of system32, and this has happened to me before also.. I think this time was just a coincidence tho, but before i could figure out what to do, because i could boot up ok, had my yahoo page, and internet but i wanted to be sure all was ok.. I now burn several extra boot disks like Win7/64bit diagnodtic\'s with a system recovery image.. So to be sure all was ok, i tried to reboot into F8 and there were no files to reboot with so before i try safe mode the shutdown buttom was lite up to shut down, so i do this and the next thing i know I\'m getting a new update.. I realize that Microsoft is way ahead of me, the good cookies of the internet world are in my system already, signaled Microsoft was already alerted and they sent me what was missin.. My Pc was ready to crash, and they sent me an update it was 2 registry values were the culprite.. Before i could bat my eyelash\'s the fix was downloaded, installed and configured. now i am running nice and smooth.. I thought you and Steve might get a kick out of my problem and there are days i wonder if there might be an internet God out there, i really hope you can get back to me, i want to know what you guys think ??????

So glad both you and your computer are back in business, Wanda. My husband is completely computer-illiterate and happy to be so. So if mine breaks down it will be off to my computer man.
