Before I get in to my New Year plans I have to share what happen to me today. I guess it was a case of brain fog. I was checking on my parent’s house and after pulling the car back in the garage told my husband to stay there while I went in through the front and unlocked the door to let him in. Well, I went in the front door saw the keys I was supposed to put back in there bedroom, went to the bathroom, got on the phone and forgot all about my husband. I didn’t remember until he unlocked the front door and said did you forget about me. I was still talking on the phone. He told me he was calling me, had to pee and heard me walking all around the house. I guess I had a case of brain fog or just a shining object distracting me lol. Anyway, part two. I got home today and when it was time to take my shot forgot to take the top off my auto injector. I’ve done that before but this time when I pulled the cap off to take my injection it was still depressed and Copaxone squirted all over the mirror. Good thing none if it phased me a bit. After I laughed both incidents off took my shot and got back to doing what I was doing.
 
I have a lot of plans for this New Year. First of all I am excited to be alive and able to do all the things that I do. I ended the year with a vacation in Florida visiting my parents which was great. Christmas is Florida was great! It was 82 degrees when we arrived. It sure beat the 46 degrees we left and the 33 degrees it is now. We went to the Fountain of Youth and even had a sip so I’m sure it is kicking in LOL. Anyway, I’m still on vacation. Tomorrows is the last day before I head back to work and to my 4:30am rise and shine daily routine. I did do something productive today. I joined the gym, albeit over the telephone, only because the special ended today. I couldn’t pass up free enrollment and 2 months free. But I joined so now I am really going to get my but in shape. This year is going to be about me. I’m one who always takes care of everyone else. Not saying that I won’t still do that but I will definitely focus on me. I went to the spa the end of the year got my nails done and a facial. It is hard to believe how good it feels to be pampered. I plan to do that more often, maybe once a quarter or so. You always hear when flying that you have to put on your oxygen mask before helping the person next to you. Well this year I will be putting on my mask first. Happy New Year!!!! 2012 is going to be full of blessings, I’m claiming it now.
