ooppss i did it again.......
So, yeah, I missed a day. I did play with the dog alot outside and walked around the property quite a bit(3 acres), but i did not get on the treadmill. I dont know why.... I took a nap in the late morning, and by mid afternoon i wanted to take another..gooossshhh. Took a NO-DOZ and trudged on. Then I didn't go to bed till shortly after 1am, woke up twice, got up at 7. Friggin doesnt feel like I slept long at all...I feel a nap in my bones today. I NEED ENERGY!!!!!!!! I wanna feel like a kid again, well ok..at least teenager..lol Tons of energy anywayz..
Things I want to do today: dishes,laundry,vacuum,do sum surveyz,1/2hr on the treadmill,make sure we got all the paperwork together for taxes tomorrow,cut some bushes/trees down by the front fence,make fallen branch piles to b picked up,pick up bottles n shit around the yard,make dinner, I know theres more but cant think right now..lol oh and clean off the front porch. Hmm think its nap time.NOT!! lol
The back of my right knee has been kinda sore the last week or so. When I straighten my legs I can feel a lump there, it not on the other side...pphhhttt..sumthin else to ask the dr about. I go back next week, after being on Lexapro for 2 weeks(she had given me a 2wk sample). Not gonna stay on that as the copay is $80/mth. F*ck that noise. So I will be switching to the generic for Celexa(copay $15/mth). Guess we shall c how that goes. Good, Good, Good..i hope!!!!!
