Online Calorie/nutrient trackers
so I started something new today. I started using one of the online programs where you can track your daily intake of calories and various nutrients and activities. It's pretty neat. Turns out, I have not been eating any where near enough, surprise surprise there. I'm thinking this may help me eat more like I should, as I just enter the food, and it's all there.. all the information I need. I actually ate almost as much as I should today.. it was kinda hard to get there.. but I'm going to keep working on it and hope for the best.
