I went to visit my new doctor at the OHSU Motion Disorder Clinic in Portland OR. I am pleased with the time Dr. John Nutt spent with me testing and answering questions. I was scheduled for more MRI testing, this time my cervical and lumbar spine. There is some concern about an overly quick and aggressive response to thumping my joints. Perhaps a pinched nerve or disk problem.
Changes to my medication: I will soon be taking Levodopa/Carbidopa 0.25/100 combination to counter my stiffness and slowness. Dr. Nutt didn't give me any promise of reducing the tremors.
I will still be taking Azilect, 1mg, (Ragasiline), and Pramipexole, 0.25 mg.

Just took my first half tablet of Sinamet half an hour ago. No changes yet...good or bad.
First of June we have started a volunteer job in the Oregon State Parks. We maintain a 1 km trail and raise and lower the flag at Fort Yamhill. This is a frontier fort from the 1850\'s I am getting lots of walking exercise. More details on my website www.dinsmore-enterprises.com
